Responsibilities
  • Advise on the acquisition of a multi-let office building in the prime location of city c.£85m in 2019
  • Arrange 60% debt finance post-acquisition completion
  • Create and manage the asset management business plan and implement agreed asset strategies
  • Liaise with the tenant to progress leasing legal process, arrange the handover before the new lease starts, and ensure the rent collection and leasing event activities according to the asset management plan
  • Appoint Knight Frank as building manager and oversee the daily operational management
  • Quarterly reporting including a financial and operational performance with market analysis
  • Liaise with the lender to monitor the financial control and debt management
